I was making a fresh pot of tea in a sunny and cloudless afternoon.
A lovely but monochromic (from outlook) flower ball was dropped into water which was just boiled. As the flower ball began to unfurl, a few little white blossoms (Jasmine) emerged from the hand-sewn tea leave that reach up in a single strand. A beautiful and stunning Red Globe Amaranth Flower (Qian Ri Hong) was the last appeared at the top of the strand eventually. The little amaranth floated and surrounded by the tea leaves like a rising sun with fluffy clouds of Jasmine. Wow…. It is really wonderful and charming! The fragrance of flowers was soon diffused in the room and it smelt sweet.
Flower tea, also known as herbal tea, is made from the dried flowers which undergoes very little processing and it does not contain any tea leaves. There is a different variety, known as the blooming tea or display tea, of which the edible flowers are sewn in a bouquet of green tea leave. Sometimes the tea leave may also be scented with Jasmine for a more floral flavor.
The simple act of drinking flower tea is like having a great conversation with the nature through the great scent of flower fragrance. Enjoying the moment of the graceful blooming appearance and the lovely taste of flower tea leads you away from the busy and stressful city life. It refreshes your thought and relaxes your mind. If you have ever tried these pink rose tea & red rose tea, you will find the taste of the tea with pink rose buds is always sweeter than the one with red rose buds.
Dragon Pearl Jasmine is the higher level of green tea. The pearl-shaped green tea leaves were scented with Jasmine for better floral flavor.

Looks wonderful, almost like a work f art! Must be the tea that you brought back from your last business trip to Shanghai haha. I like tea too, but I usually drink instant chrysanthemum tea (with honey).
Yes yes, I still have some remained with me nw. some of them are the souvenirs from my frens when they travelled to China. The price here is more expensive.
i love jasmine, rose, chrysanthemum & green tea. There are my favorite lor...i will serve u all wif my gracious flower tea when u all come to my house next time. hehe, some more got the honey at my house too.

I think BBQ would be better coz I will make it jz beside the swimming pool at my place. That's why making sushi is not so convenience over there lor. I propose to spend whole day at my place lar. ur frens are always welcome. some more can bring ur swimming suite coz we can play the water or swim while doing BBQ here lor... haha... should be very fun!

last night i met ms lau at skudai parade again. it was raining so we were both trapped inside and just met by chance..haha
He is going to move in within these few days. I haven't been to his new house yet, may be next week i think, if possible. i heard from Oon, the house is very big lor. And it was still under renovation when he was there. i think should look better and nice after that lar. i will take some pix and upload here if i manage to go there next week. I also proposed to KC to organise a BBQ party to celebrate he & his family moving in their new house, but he still haven't give me the answer yet.
Maran will leave NLM on 19 or 20 of June next month. very soon oh. jz about 2 weeks leave. I'm going to struggle with the TII report again after he leave. sigh...
Niko has some questions abt her China handphone to u ler. The main one is she can't send MMS to oversea while she can do it locally. She wants to know did you have the same problem like hers?
