“Welcome every morning with a smile. Look on the new day as another special gift from your creator, another golden opportunity to complete what you were unable to finish yesterday. Be a self-starter. Let your first hour set the theme of success and positive action that is certain to echo through your entire day. Today will never happen again. Don’t waste it with a false start or no start at all. 慈济Charity Bazaar

See who was I ran into this morning? The ever busiest woman - Niko, who misled people into thinking she has already dedicated her life to her job. *giggle*

A delicious assortment of vegetarian food and drink for the charity sale...

I liked the twisted cruller salad. It was crispy and tasty.

We bumped into Jesse and her chubby cute daughter in the crowd too. We chatted a little about our recent life before we all aparted. *wink*

The place was crowded with lots of kind folks who came for donation!!

Traditional Chinese ink and wash paintings, and handmade mascot hanging ornaments for sale.

挥春 (Hui Chun) is sort of calligraphy done by an experienced calligraphist.

I had my portrait painted at one of the charity booths. It costed me RM20 for a 20-minute work, simple and plain pencil-sketched portraiture. What a price!! But, consider it as a way of doing charity, notwithstanding that I'd done a good thing today. *wink*

ASIMO, It's adorable

I bet many people should see or read about the humanoid robot either on TV or newspapers or magazines or any other reachable resources before. But, have you ever seen this intelligent robot that having an appearance or character resembling that of a human doing sort of walk, talk, dance and even serving people with drink right in front of you? Yes, I have... I saw it at City Square in this morning in person!! It was really amazing and excellent!!

I was indeed impressed by ASIMO's first appearance once it coming out to the stage from an automatic door behind, especially its adorable voice.... It just so cute to hear! *wow*
ASIMO is the abbreviated name of "Advanced Step in Innovative MObility". It seemed rather like a mini astronaut on the stage, wasn't it?
From the pictures below, you can see that ASIMO was actually delivering a range of basic human-like behaviour, including waving its hand to greet its audience, shaking hand with emcee, walking and even running here and there on the stage, dancing with the kids, serving a drink to its guest, and etc. Notwithstanding that ASIMO had successfully gained a full-hearted laugh from its audience, especially the kids. *wink*

We were here for ASIMO!! *chuckle*

Same as other attendee, Fikar, Low and I took part in this excited origami game session too in order to win a chance to take photo with ASIMO on the stage. We all had a great fun in tearing the ASIMO gadgets from its hard paper and assembling all of the pieces together by the glue given. There it is, a miniature ASIMO was born at the end and we had been the first team to entitle the privilege to take photos with ASIMO too!! Bravo, well done!!

Next, we proceeded to the newly opened TESCO at Tebrau City.
The giant blue hippo was so friendly to take photo with us. Its gentle embracement gave me a nice cozy feel too. *giggle*

Low, is this YS' STATION your recently opened branch in TESCO? Hehe...

Eeeerrr... Dear, which one should I order? There are so many choices here. Do you want to try this bamboo charcoal breads with special chilli paste and chicken floss? Or the white toasts with delicious melted chocolate and extra cream?
They all looks yummy to me, can I have both of them, please?! *greedy cow*

Having our dinner at this London Fish Tales... The familiar taste of fish and chips had evoked my old memories in UK.

See what had we bought again? A new white hat and a beret with grid texture from a mobile stall in TESCO. I'm going to complete my annual dinner garb with this lovely white hat in next coming month. *yapppi*
