“Welcome every morning with a smile. Look on the new day as another special gift from your creator, another golden opportunity to complete what you were unable to finish yesterday. Be a self-starter. Let your first hour set the theme of success and positive action that is certain to echo through your entire day. Today will never happen again. Don’t waste it with a false start or no start at all. You were not born to fail.” ~by Og Mandino

Senado Square (Largo do Senado)

This was the first place to visit in our schedule today.

Senado Square has been Macau’s urban centre for centuries and is still being the most popular venue for public events and celebrations nowadays.

This area is surrounded by world heritage buildings, Loyal Senate building (Editfício do Leal Senado), shops, churches and temples with enchanting blend of charming Portuguese hospitality and exotic oriental culture.

Oops! A group of people presented outside the Loyal Senate to protest against the pricing issue in Macau.
